Admission and Student Intake

Admission Program

The size of the student intake is determined according to the capacity of the university to provide adequate resources at all stages of education and training. The students are from 22 provincial administrative regions throughout China. The admission program is readjusted accordingly based on student intake and graduates employment in the current year or the previous year. At the beginning of March every year, the school submits the admission program and resource program, which are subject to approval of the president, to the Heilongjiang Provincial Education Bureau.

Student Intake

The student intake begins at the beginning of July each year. The staff examines the electronic files of the applicants on website of the Provincial Admission Office. The result of preliminary enrollment is confirmed by the applicant’s Provincial Admission Office after it is subject to the approval of the authority of the university. The admission information is made public on the university website and the news media designated by each provincial admission department. The preliminary admission results must be supervised and approved by various governmental agencies.
