On March 19, President Yang Baofeng met with Dr. Langdon A. Hartsock, Chairman of the Department
of Orthopaedic Surgery, Medical University of South Carolina, who
was invited by the First Affiliated Hospital of HMU for academic exchange.
During the meeting, President Yang Baofeng gave
an account of the history, current situation and international exchange
of HMU. Dr. Langdon A. Hartsock expressed his
thanks to the hospitality of the university and the First Affiliated
Hospital and talked
about the academic exchange with the experts of the hospital.
President Yang extended his congratulations
for the achievements they have achieved, and invited Dr. Langdon A. Hartsock to be visiting professor of the university.
After the meeting, Dr. Langdon A. Hartsock visited the School
of Pharmacy, the School of Public
Health and the Surgery
Building of the Second Affiliated Hospital.
