Rules and Regulations for International Students Of Harbin Medical University
Introduction
1.The Rules and Regulations of the University apply at all times including term and vacation.
2.As part of his/her responsibility for the administration of the University the supervisor of international office is responsibIe for all University premises including the students’Union Building and for maintenance of good order.He/She has authority to require people not to assemble on University property and grounds,to require people to leave University property and
grounds,to withhold consent for meetings,or to require the termination of meetingsĄ¤He/She may delegate this authority in whole or in part to other employees of the University.students who fail to respond to requests made by authorized official,such as to vacate premises or not to assemble will be in breach of this rule.
3.All members of staff have a part to play in assisting in the maintenance of student discipline and most cases of minor misconduct will normally be dealt in the first instance by an individual member of staft on an infornal basis by counseling in the Correct behavior and conduct.
1.GENERAL RULE
1.1 in order to maintain the university running smoothly and to have a normal education teaching environment,to ensure that the international students are in a healthy condition to complete their studies on time,and according to the”People’s Republic of china Educational Law”and the”People’s Republic of china higher Educational LaW",harbin Medical University(hereafter referred to as HMU)has established international student regulations.The regulations apply to all international students.
1.2 the university,according to the constitution and relevant laws and national related stipulations,combines the reality and restricted management behavior to legally maintain the university in a normal running order to improve the education teaching quality and to protect foreign students’ legitimate rights and interests?
1.3 During the studying period at HMU,students must abide by the Chinese Constitution,Chinese Law,and the university regulations to raise good moral character and study diligently and strive for realism and innovation.
