学生党总支工作职能

学生党总支现有教师5名，负责预防医学、公共事业管理和卫生监督三个专业学生的思想政治教育工作和日常管理工作。学生党总支始终坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为引领，坚持培养中国特色社会主义建设者接班人，将立德树人作为根本任务，把巩固和扩大党执政的青年群众基础作为政治责任，围绕青年思想引领，围绕学生成长需求，树立以学生为本的理念，利用官网，官微平台，公共账号等网络新媒体和院刊《露华》等新媒体，深入细致的做好思想政治工作，培养大学生践行社会主义核心价值观。积极开展大学生党建工作，深化学生群体党建意识，通过各党支部学习，党员讲党课等一系列活动培养新时代党的过硬后备军。严格各项规章制度，不断提高科学管理水平，联系校院领导对接班级，指导考核兼职班主任工作，推动强化家校联合做好特殊情况学生家访工作以及迎新生和毕业生就业指导。将素质教育与丰富多彩校园文化活动相结合，提高大学生综合能力，增加校园归属感。注重社会实践，把课堂知识与工作需要相结合，培养优秀人才。培养学生创新精神、创业意识、科研能力，通过职业技能大赛、“双创”项目、挑战杯大赛等改革人才培养模式、强化创新创业能力和学术科研思维。加强贫困生管理、帮扶助困，针对建档立卡家庭经济困难学生一对一责任帮扶。建立学生心理健康服务中心，帮助大学生调节心理，管理情绪，引导大学生建立以自性化为目标的人格发展与心性完善。创建表彰奖评机制，做好奖学金、三好学生、优秀毕业生评选工作，树立优秀学生典范，发挥学生典型引领作用。

The student Party Branch has 5 teachers, who are responsible for the ideological and political education and daily management of the students majoring in preventive medicine, public administration and health supervision.It always adhere to the ideas of socialism with Chinese characteristics as the new era of Xi Jinping, insisting on training the builders of socialism with Chinese characteristics successor, to set moral fosters the talent as a fundamental task, to consolidate and expand the party's youth mass base as a political responsibility.Guided by youth ideology and students' needs for growth, the general Party branch of students sets up a student-oriented concept. 公共卫生学院学生会积极落实贯彻党的各项教育方针，组织同学开展学习、文体、社会实践、志愿服务等各项活动，以达到促进学生全面发展，营造良好的校风、学风，维护同学团结和正当权益的目标，是一个全心全意为同学服务的学生组织。我院学生会主要工作包括传达及配合校学生总会工作；打造具有我院特色的品牌活动；丰富学生校园生活，积极引导学生走向社会、参加志愿活动以及社会实践，以实现学生全方位发展的教育目标。

公共卫生学院学生团总支是在校、院团委和学院学生党总支领导下，加强与广大共青团员的联系和思想道德建设，全心全意团结团员、组织团员、服务团员的学生组织。学生团总支积极传递团中央方针精神，组织开展各项团建学习，加强对团员的培养教育，提高团员的思想政治素质，广泛开展丰富多彩的团建活动，带领团员融入社会进行志愿服务活动和社会实践活动，开拓学生新视野，提高团员社会责任感和使命感，践行与发扬爱国精神和五四精神。

公共卫生学院自律管理与服务委员会是在学工部和年级老师直接领导下的学生组织。遵循和贯彻党的基本路线和方针，密切配合学校学生工作，代表和维护同学的利益，切实为广大同学服务。奉行“团结自律、奉献创新、学生为本、服务为上”的理念，以“服务于同学、服务于自我”的宗旨，带领广大学生依照学校规章实现的“自我管理、自我约束、自我修养、自我教育、自我学习”的目标，引导学生树立自我管理理念，维护学生合法权益，是推动公共卫生学院的精神文明建设，促进公卫学子的身心健康的学生组织。
