个人简介

哈尔滨医科大学附属第四医院检验科副主任,二级教授,博士研究生导师,Cornell大学及哈医大药学博士后,哈佛医学院及波士顿儿童医院研究员。

研究领域

研究主要集中在毒理学相关的研究领域,主持国家自科学基金及美国麻醉杰出学者基金等10项,主编十四五规划教材1部(第二主编),参编8部(其中英文3部),2016年获得在Publons平台中生物化学、分子生物学及遗传学领域,获得前10%同行评议专家捍卫科学贡献奖及参与黑龙江省政府科技进步奖二等奖等奖项7项,担任本专业国内外6个杂志的编委,并受邀本专业40个国际知名稿件审稿工作,发表研究论文133篇,其中第一作者+通讯作者共计68篇,英文文章95篇,其中SCI收录91篇,总影响因子为307.643,第一和通讯作者的SCI文章共46篇,总影响因子为151.761。Web of Science数据库总引用次数为3111,H-index为35,Google scholar总引用次数超过5000,受聘国内如广东省,江西省,山东省及黑龙江省等高薪企业评审专家等。

既往成果

1)植物化学物在临床上潜在应用研究:植物化学物如β-紫罗兰酮(BI)、-生育三烯酚(r-T3)等不仅在癌症化学预防中起重要作用,而且还可以作为临床化疗药物的增敏剂来减少化疗药物的用量,从而降低临床肿瘤患者由化疗药物带来的毒副作用,改善肿瘤患者生存质量及延长患者的生存期。本人在国家自然科学基金资助下,发现BI不仅对人胃腺癌细胞的增殖有明显的抑制作用,不仅阻滞胃癌细胞的细胞周期,而且还可以诱导胃癌细胞凋亡作用,这些作用与PI3K/AKT信号等通路有关;另一方面,BI还可以增强胃癌细胞对5-FU的敏感性来抑制胃癌细胞的增殖,减少5-FU剂量,将来为研发BI等植物化学物在临床潜在的应用提供理论与实验数据支持;

2)麻醉剂对脑神经细胞发育影响的研究:临床中枢性麻醉剂或全身麻醉剂如七氟醚(SEVO)、氯胺酮(KET)等在啮齿类动物和灵长类动物中均发现,这些麻醉剂不仅诱导脑神经细胞凋亡作用,而且还可以引起动物以后的学习及记忆等功能,表现为学习和记忆能力降低,但对临床儿童的影响没有完全一致的结论;本人在哈佛大学医学院和波士顿儿童医院的杰出麻醉学者基金资助下,为减轻全身麻醉剂对临床儿童病人的潜在的影响,采用一些预防策略如两种麻醉剂使用,一些信号的拮抗剂或伤害性刺激模型等,来研究全身性麻醉剂对脑发育关键期的动物脑神经关键蛋白如GSK蛋白等影响以及对PSD系列与脑发育相关的影响,初步结果可见,一些预防措施是可以减轻这些麻醉剂对脑神经毒性作用以及生后的学习、认知及记忆能的改善等等;

3)植物化学物在癌症化学预防中作用研究:植物化学物如BI,r-T3等在食品中具有生物活性如抗氧化作用、调节免疫、抗癌作用等。通过流行病学调查和大量实验室工作发现,有些植物化学物在癌症化学预防中起着非常重要的作用,不仅预防肿瘤的发生和发展,而且在一定程度上,有些植物化学物也发展成化学预防剂如姜黄素等。本人在康奈尔大学博士后期间及国家自然科学基金项目资助的基础上,完成BI和r-T3及水果提取物等对胃癌和乳腺癌细胞的增殖抑制作用以及相应机制方面的研究,为将来研发BI和r-T3等植物化学物成为癌症化学预防剂提供实验数据支持;

4)其他毒理学相关的研究:水污染与人类健康密切相关,特别是水体污染。松花江水域涵盖是黑龙江省、吉林省、辽宁省以及内蒙古四省的居民,水体状况直接影响沿岸居民的生活与健康。在前期流行病学调查中发现,松花江沿岸居民消化系统肿瘤的发生与距离松花江的距离和食用松花江鱼量密切相关,距离松花江越近,居民消化系统肿瘤发生率越高。本人在与加拿大卡尔加里大学合作基础上,主要从事松花江有机污染致癌危险性遗传毒理学方面的研究,发现经过对松花江上游排污口治理及吉林化工厂的搬迁等措施,松花江水体有机污染的致癌危险性明显地降低,并进行动态监测中。
