哈尔滨医科大学卫生检验中心成立于2001年,隶属于哈尔滨医科大学公共卫生学院,集社会服务、教学与科研于一体。中心依托学院四大优势学科,整合七大专业实验室,涵盖营养与食品卫生、毒理学安全评价、职业卫生、环境卫生、病原微生物、食品药品安全、仪器与理化分析等领域,并拥有符合国家标准的SPF级动物实验室。中心已获得黑龙江省技术质量监督局颁发的 CMA 检验检测机构资质认定证书,具备权威检测能力与服务保障。

中心拥有一支高素质的专业团队,现有教职工36人,其中博士23人,硕士7人,本科6人;包括教授12人,副教授13人,高级实验师1人,中初级实验师10人。多人担任国家级和省级学术组织职务,如中国营养学会理事、中华预防医学会卫生毒理专业委员会委员等。技术负责人与质量负责人均具备10年以上专业检验经验,所有检验及动物实验人员均持证上岗,保障服务的专业性与权威性。

中心实验室总面积达3000平方米,配备多台国际先进的大型仪器设备,包括:液相色谱/高分辨飞行时间质谱联用仪、核磁共振仪、超高效液相色谱-三重四级杆串联质谱联用仪、气相色谱-串联质谱仪、全自动生化分析仪、流式细胞仪、Compact全自动微生物鉴定及药敏分析系统、激光共聚焦显微镜等大型设备,这些设备为检测工作提供了高精度与高效率的硬件保障。

Introduction to the Health Inspection Center of Harbin Medical University
The Health Inspection Center of Harbin Medical University was established in 2001 and is affiliated with the School of Public Health of Harbin Medical University. It integrates social services, teaching, and scientific research. The center relies on the four advantageous disciplines of the college, integrates seven major professional laboratories, covering fields such as nutrition and food hygiene, toxicology safety evaluation, occupational health, environmental health, pathogenic microorganisms, food and drug safety, instrument and physical and chemical analysis, and has an SPF level animal laboratory that meets national standards. The center has obtained the CMA inspection and testing institution qualification certification issued by the Technical Quality Supervision Bureau of Heilongjiang Province, possessing authoritative testing capabilities and service guarantees.
Personnel team:
The center has a high-quality professional team with 36 faculty members, including 23 doctors, 7 masters, and 6 undergraduates; Including 12 professors, 13 associate professors, 1 senior lab technician, and 10 junior lab technicians. Multiple individuals hold positions in national and provincial academic organizations, such as directors of the Chinese Nutrition Society and members of the Health Toxicology Professional Committee of the Chinese Preventive Medicine Association. Both the technical and quality managers have over 10 years of professional inspection experience, and all inspection and animal testing personnel are certified to ensure the professionalism and authority of the service.
Research and Achievements:
The center has achieved fruitful results in scientific research, undertaking more than 30 national natural science foundation and provincial and municipal scientific research projects, winning multiple second and third prizes for national and provincial scientific and technological progress, and publishing over 100 academic papers and monographs. We provide services such as new product efficacy evaluation, stability testing, and pollutant detection for enterprises in the fields of food safety, occupational health, environmental hygiene, specialty food, and health products. We assist in product research and development and quality improvement, and provide technical support to government and regulatory agencies to promote public health decision-making and industry supervision.
Facilities and equipment:
The total area of the central laboratory is 3000 square meters, equipped with multiple internationally advanced large-scale instruments and equipment, including liquid chromatography/high-resolution time-of-flight mass spectrometer, nuclear magnetic resonance instrument, ultra-high performance liquid chromatography triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometer, gas chromatography tandem mass spectrometer, fully automatic biochemical analyzer, flow cytometer, Compact fully automatic microbial identification and drug sensitivity analysis system, laser confocal microscope and other large-scale equipment. These devices provide high-precision and high-efficiency hardware guarantees for detection work.
Qualifications and Business Scope
The center has established a comprehensive quality management and qualification certification system, strictly following the "Criteria for Qualification Accreditation and Evaluation of Inspection and Testing Institutions" and relevant national standards. We implement full process quality control, from sample acceptance, testing process, data review to report issuance, to ensure that every test result is accurate, traceable, and legally effective. All inspection items adopt national standards, industry standards, or international equivalent methods. Key equipment is regularly calibrated and verified, and participates in national level capability verification to continuously improve technical capabilities.
The main business scope includes:
1. National health food functional testing, product quality supervision, and efficacy ingredient testing;
2. Inspection of nutritional components, pollutants, microorganisms and other indicators of special medical food;
3. Food safety inspection, including pesticides, heavy metals, antibiotics, and biotoxins;
4. Health products, water related products, and environmental health-related hygiene inspections;
5. Occupational health testing and hygiene evaluation;
6. Inspection of pathogenic microorganisms and hygiene microorganisms in epidemics;
7. Technical guidance and talent training.
