食品药品安全评价中心

哈尔滨医科大学食品药品安全评价中心成立于2009年7月,主要承担教学、科研和社会服务等方面的工作,其宗旨是充分发挥科研人员的技术优势,为社会提供高效优质的服务。中心现有员工7人,其中1人为教授、硕士生导师。主持国家自然科学基金3项,省市级课题多项;发明专利2项;发表论文60余篇,其中SCI收录20余篇。

食品药品安全评价中心由安全性评价实验室和动物实验中心(SPF级)两部分组成,实验设施和条件完备。SPF级动物室于2005年10月通过验收并启用,使用面积约800平方米,为科研工作的动物实验提供良好的屏障环境。

食品药品安全评价中心的社会服务工作主要是承担保健食品的毒理学安全性评价和功能学试验,获得CMA认证。员工在保健食品安全评价工作方面都有着丰富的经验。目前技术负责人、质量负责人均从事相关工作10年以上,审核人、校核人都具有5年以上相关工作经验,检验人员、动物实验人员均有相关机构颁发的证书。

保健食品毒理学安全性评价项目包括:急性经口毒性试验;细菌回复突变试验(Ames试验);哺乳动物红细胞微核试验;小鼠精原细胞或精母细胞染色体畸变试验;28天经口毒性试验;90天经口毒性试验;致畸试验。

保健食品功能学试验项目包括:有助于增强免疫力;有助于抗氧化;有助于改善睡眠;缓解体力疲劳;耐缺氧;有助于控制体内脂肪;有助于改善骨密度;改善缺铁性贫血;有助于调节肠道菌群;有助于润肠通便;有助于维持血脂健康水平;有助于维持血糖健康水平;有助于维持血压健康水平;对化学性肝损伤有辅助保护作用;缓解视觉疲劳。

Center of Food and Drug Safety Evaluation

Center of Food and Drug Safety Evaluation of Harbin Medical University was established in July 2009, mainly responsible for teaching, scientific research and social services. Its purpose is to give full play to the technical advantages of scientific researchers and provide efficient and high-quality services for the society. At present, the center has sevenemployees, including one professor and master supervisor. They havetaken charge ofthreeprojects from National Natural Science Foundation of China, many provincial and municipal projects, two invention patents, and published more than 100 papers with more than 20 SCI indexed.

Center of Food and Drug Safety Evaluation is composed of safety evaluation laboratory and animal experiment center (SPF level), with complete experimental facilities and conditions. SPF animal laboratory was accepted and put into use in October 2005, with an area of 800 square meters, providing a good barrier environment for animal experiments in scientific research.

Center of Food and Drug Safety Evaluation is mainly responsible for toxicological safety assessment and functional tests of health foodwith CMA certification. Employees have rich experience in health food safety assessment. At present, the principles for technique and quality have been engaged in relevant jobs for more than ten years. The reviewers and checker have more than five years of relevant work experience, and the personnel responsible for inspection and animal laboratory have certificates.

Items of toxicological safety assessment for health foodinclude acute toxicity test;bacterial reverse mutation test (Ames test); mammalian erythrocyte micronucleus test; micespermatogonia or spermatocytes chromosome aberration test;28-day oral toxicity test;90-day oral toxicity test; teratogenicity test.

Items of functional tests for health foodinclude assessment of enhancing immunity, antioxidation, improving sleep,relievingphysical fatigue, hypoxia tolerance, controling body fat, improving bone density,improving iron deficiency anemia, regulating intestinal flora, laxative effect, maintaining healthy levels of blood lipid, blood sugar, blood pressure, protecting against chemical liver injury, alleviating eye fatigue.
