预防医学国家级实验教学示范中心

简 介

预防医学国家级实验教学示范中心(哈尔滨医科大学)成立于2005年,2009年获批国家级实验教学示范中心建设单位,2012年通过验收成为国家级实验教学示范中心。2022年获批教育部高水平公共卫生建设项目。2023年通过国家级实验教学示范中心阶段性考核。2025年7月获批黑龙江省预防医学虚拟仿真实验教学中心建设单位。

中心以公共卫生与预防医学一级博士点为依托,将学院8个教研室的实验教学部分重新整合,秉承实验教学资源共享原则,进一步优化配置,建立一支能力强、素质高、技术水平过硬的专职教师队伍,同时聘用一批教学经验丰富的教师兼职,形成一支专兼职结合、管理和教学紧密协作的实验教学队伍。中心现有中心主任1名,副主任1名,专职实验管理人员5人,教师92名,其中高级职称教师37名,中级职称教师27名。中心现有仪器设备1655台(套),总值3649万元,10万元以上的仪器200台(套),具备各种理化分析、微生物检验、室内环境监测、毒性鉴定、职业中毒诊断等教学和科研条件。实验室共享平台的开放,实现设备资源共享,最大限度合理利用实验室的仪器设备资源,为教学科研提供良好服务。

中心一直秉承立德树人的根本任务,以岗位胜任力为导向,面向国家需求,培养具有“大健康”观和全球视野的公共卫生复合型人才的育人理念。中心从人才培养体系整体出发,建立以能力培养为主线,分层次、多模块、相互衔接、科学系统的实验教学体系,与理论教学既有机结合又相对独立。编制《预防医学实验教学大纲》,出版了预防医学实习指导教材,建设国家虚拟课程1门、省虚拟课程3门、校虚拟课程1门,制作公共卫生标准化操作视频20余个,制作综合改革微课10个,实验教材不断改革创新,有利于学生创新能力培养和自主训练,扩大了学生参与的覆盖面。中心教师积极开展教学改革,立项省级教学课题22项,获得国家级教学成果二等奖1项、省级教学成果一等奖2项、二等奖2项。参与编写实验相关教材62部。获得创新创业项目国家级5项,省级25项,校级86项;荣获第四届全国大学生生命科学创新大赛一等奖1项、三等奖2项;省级“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛金奖2项、银奖2项、铜奖4项、精英奖1项;全国大学生健康教育科普作品大赛三等奖1项;“挑战杯”大学生课外学术科技作品比赛省级6项;荣获第十届中国大学生技术技能大赛预防医学赛道总决赛金奖冠军;获得医学虚拟仿真论坛暨“医学+X”大学生虚拟仿真优秀作品全国银奖。

Introduction

The National Demonstration Center for Experimental Teaching of Preventive Medicine at Harbin Medical University was established in 2005. In 2009, it was designated as a national - level construction unit for experimental teaching demonstration centers. After passing the acceptance assessment in 2012, it was formally recognized as a National Demonstration Center for Experimental Teaching. In 2022, it secured approval for the High - Level Public Health College Development Program from the Ministry of Education. In 2023, it successfully passed the periodic evaluation for national experimental teaching demonstration centers. In July 2025, it was appointed as a construction unit for the Heilongjiang Provincial Virtual Simulation Experimental Teaching Center of Preventive Medicine.

It boasts comprehensive teaching and research conditions, covering physical and chemical analysis, microbial detection, indoor environmental monitoring, toxicity identification, and occupational poisoning diagnosis. Adhering to the fundamental mission of fostering virtue through education, the center is guided by competency - based education, meets national strategic demands, and upholds the educational philosophy of cultivating interdisciplinary public health talents with a "Great Health" perspective and a global outlook. From the holistic perspective of the talent training system, the center has established a scientific and systematic experimental teaching framework that takes competency development as the core thread, characterized by a hierarchical, multi - module, and interconnected structure. This system achieves organic integration with theoretical teaching while retaining relative independence. It has compiled the Experimental Teaching Syllabus for Preventive Medicine and published practical guidance textbooks on preventive medicine. Furthermore, the center has developed 1 national - level virtual course, 3 provincial - level virtual courses, and 1 university - level virtual course; produced over 20 standardized operation videos on public health and 10 micro - courses focusing on comprehensive reforms. The center continuously innovates experimental textbooks. Such innovation effectively facilitates the development of students' innovative capabilities and independent learning, expanding the coverage of student participation. Faculty members of the center actively engage in teaching reform initiatives, securing 22 provincial - level teaching research projects.
