杨长波博士,主要研究方向为生物医学信息学,单细胞转录组学和单细胞基因组学。于2025年在哈尔滨医科大学获生物医学工程博士学位,博士导师为邵婷婷教授。目前主要从事胰腺癌单细胞转录组和基因组分析,主要研究成果发表于American journal of human genetics、Nucleic Acids Research、Briefings in Bioinformatics等国际高水平生命科学杂志,参与多项国家级和省级科研项目。 教育经历
